Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

Notice Period

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations / Missed Appointments

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee of the full appointment amount, at the clinic’s discretion.

Missed appointments (no-shows) will usually be charged the full appointment fee, unless an unforeseen circumstance occurs. However, we would really appreciate your communication.
