Ruby is a fully qualified and registered osteopath, graduating with First Class Honours in M.Ost in 2018 from Swansea University and gaining a prestigious student award. Since then, she has built a strong reputation for delivering effective, tailored care with a professional yet friendly approach.

With a broad clinical background, Ruby has treated a wide range of patients — from professional athletes and dancers to high-level musicians and everyday individuals — each with unique needs and movement demands. Her experience across these fields has shaped a well-rounded understanding of the body’s mechanics, performance, and recovery. Ruby achieves this by utilising various techniques including manipulative therapy, soft and deep tissue work, craniosacral therapy and exercise rehabilitation programmes.

Ruby is passionate about helping people feel better, move freely, and return to doing what they love. With a strong sporting background, Ruby has competed at a high level in tennis, hockey and cricket giving her an insight into patients sports related injuries and the demands affecting physical performance.
